The Union Forever : All friends of the Union, favorable to the election of Wadsworth and Tremain are invited to attend a ratification meeting at Todds' Hall, Mount Vernon, on Monday evening, Oct. 10th, 1862 at half-past seven o'clock.
Now is the time for those who would serve their country. The Clinton Rifles having been accepted, as the first regiment, under the new call, a few recruits are wanted to fill up vacancies.
