Pen-and-ink (2 different kinds), pencil on laid paper. Sheet bears a title number but not a title. Title proper derived by cataloger from longer index title given on separate index sheet filed at head of series; it describes sheet B as well as this sheet A. Statement of responsibility, date, series title and series numbering as given on same index sheet. Shows relief by hachures.
