Copy 2: warrant addressed to Philip Conckling, appointed second lieutenant, with John Greenall & William Philips Junr. as other officers. The verso has two ms. annotations: "Philip Conklin, second lieutenant, returned July 14th, 1775" and "William Phillipse Junr., second lieutenant, warrant returned July 14th, 1775".
