New-York Historical copies 2-3 completed, with ms. additions of regulations 6 and 11, both with signature at bottom: "P.V.B. Livingston, president". Copy 2: warrant addressed to Philip Conckling, appointed second lieutenant, with John Greenall & William Philips Junr. as other officers. The verso has two ms. annotations: "Philip Conklin, second lieutenant, returned July 14th, 1775" and "William Phillipse Junr., second lieutenant, warrant returned July 14th, 1775".
