Already one may visualize a charming town which will be a mecca for visitors, and a household name in America, if not the world over. It will continue, however, to live as the home of the College, the County Seat, and the center of a rather extensive area devoted to farming, lumbering and fishing, for every effort has been made to insure its continuing as a living community and to avoid the uncomfortable atmosphere of an exhibition city living on multitudes of tourists.
