Two page report, with cover, dated May 19, 1800, signed by W. Robertson and addressed to Samuel L. Mitchill. Mostly concerned with the society's attempts to intervene in the illegal export of slaves from New York to the Southern States and the West Indies. It also mentions work with slaves illegally brought into New York, a veteran of the United States Army during the Revolutionary War, and enslaved Native Americans, among other cases.
