Two-page letter from the Antislavery Office, Philadelphia, giving notification for an Antislavery convention to be held in Harrisburg [Pennsylvania] on December 19, 1837, with the intent of organizing a State Antislavery Society. Signed by committee members of the Friends of Immediate Emancipation in Pennsylvania. Letterhead features engraving 'A Colored Young Man of the City of New York, 1835' by P. Reason.
