Two documents on one page in two hands. On top, a bill of sale of "a female Negro slave named Kate" from Nicholas Dudley [probably of Exeter, New Hampshire] to his son-in-law and daughter, Sarah and Josiah Robinson. On bottom, bill for cost of materials purchased by Capt. Josiah Robinson for the funeral of Nicholas Dudley from Daniel and Jacob Tilton.
