Kingsland states that Cuff, has been identified working on a vessel docked at a wharf in New York City, and should be arrested according to law. - Two-page complaint by Sylvester Judson of New York City that his female slave, Isabel, had run away. States that J. [Judge] Warner [probably Henry Whiting Warner] and J.
