Includes list of names from whom Smith has collected funds, including S. E. Sewall, E. G. Loring, and H. B. Stanton.

On bottom, a reciept for the sale of the slave Mimba dated June 4, 1763. On back, verification of sums received by Dudley Saltonstall. Signed by John Joy of New London [Connecticut] and dated October 13, 1763.
