Followed by a letter that includes further billing from Perkins Buchanan & Brown of London and a discussion of projected agricultural markets for the upcoming fall. Adams & Griffin note that slaves "are in the greatest demand, and the first that arrive will sell at a good price."

Mallory" for the Virginia Committee for Courts of Justice stating that slaves purchasing "ardent spirits" for their masters are required to produce written consent. No year of creation given, but dated February 2.
